Fairfield County - Join well established private practice. Current physician will be retiring within next few years. Seeking partner to join and eventually take over practice. This is a mature practice in an upscale area of south west CT with ideal office location. Approx. 60% of the practice is Endocrinology and 40% is Internal Medicine. The most common Endocrinologic disorder is Diabetes. Incoming physician would be employed by the hospital for the first 1-2 years (with full salary support and benefits including: malpractice, vacation, CME account, etc.). As the practice is transitioned, salary will be transitioned to a productivity model where the Endocrinologist will receive compensation based on income minus expenses. 425 bed hospital with more than 2,600 employees, 550 active attending physicians representing more than 60 subspecialties, 235 medical/surgical residents and fellows in programs affiliated with Yale University School of Medicine.
