Mercy Health System www.mercyhealthsystem.org is currently seeking a residency trained, board certified or board eligible Emergency Medicine physician for our busy Emergency Room that has transitioned to double physician coverage.
This full-time employed opportunity, with 12-hour shifts at Mercy Hospital, responsible for 1728 hours annually, a 240-bed acute care hospital with double-physician coverage. The Emergency Dept experiences approximately 35,000 visits annually. Service area of approximately 200,000+. The hospital campus includes a total of 25 physician specialists. Mercy Health System also consists of MercyCare HMO, long-term care, and approximately 270 physicians located in over 55 sites in south-central Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Excellent salary in the $245-280K(not including benefits or bonuses) plus incentive bonuses, and an outstanding benefit package including: PAID; Licensure, Malpractice, Health & Dental for entire family, CME, Relocation, Matched retirement savings, and more.
