Emergency Physicians Medical Group, PC is seeking a BC/BP emergency medicine physcian to work at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia. Wheeling Hospital is one of two modern hospitals in Wheeling and is a medical center for the surrounding region. The Emergency Department is a rapid-response system and state-of-the-art technology assists the emergency staff in providing top-quality care. The department sees approximately 36,000 patients annually and is staffed with 34 hours daily physician coverage, 20 hours daily mid-level coverage, and additional 12 hours daily fast track coverage. Physician shifts: 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. 11:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. Physician Assistant shifts: 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m., 11:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. 3:00 a.m.
