Join a well staffed Emergency Room in southern Virginia replacing a retiring physician. The ER physicians are managed through an independent private group contracted through the hospital. The schedule consists of 5 on/5 off - 8 hour rotating shifts. This is a very busy Emergency Room with approximately 43,000 visits annually. The group will offer either a salary or an income guarantee option to the incoming physician. The base salary is competitive and negotiable.
