Henrico Doctors Hospital (Forest Campus) serves a populated area of 300,000 and is a 340-bed, full-service community hospital owned by HCA. Henrico Doctors Hospital was one of 122 top hospitals nationwide to receive the National Research Corporations "2001 Consumer Choice Award." The hospital is located in the prestigious West End of Richmond/Henrico County and has enjoyed a reputation in the community as a patient-oriented, physician-friendly facility.

The Emergency Department currently sees 27,000 visits per year, with a greater than 20% admission rate. The newly renovated Emergency Department consists of 23 acute, adult-care beds, most in private rooms. Adult ambulatory patients and acute care admissions are the most common patients seen. The majority of the nursing staff works 12-hour rotations. All medical specialties are represented except for a PICU.

Qualifications:
Residency-trained, board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine.
