Regional Hospital (RH) has an immediate need for additional ED physician coverage. Consider. Were looking for solid, BC/BE EM physicians.
" Annual ED volume around 24,000
" Stable 5-physician group (all BC in EM)
" Full partnership possible after only 1 year; strongly democratic group dynamics
" Group has 0-year track record at LRH and a contract through 2012
" Level III Trauma Center; 15-bed ED
" Typically scheduled for ten 12-hour shifts/month; extra shifts possible
" Compensation in the range of $150 per hour
" Excellent benefits package, including paid malpractice coverage
" Recruitment package from LRH may include
o Sign-on, and/or
o Commencement Bonus
o Relocation Expenses
