Oklahoma Emergency

A 47 bed acute care hospital in the panhandle of Oklahoma seeks immediate and ongoing Emergency Medicine coverage. All candidates must be either Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Board Certified or Board Eligible in FP, IM or GS with two or more years of Emergency Medicine experience. The Emergency Department's annual volume is 10,500 and it is a level IV facility. Physicians work 12, 24 or 36 hour shifts and are accompanied by nurses and mid-levels. A General Surgeon and an Orthopedic Surgeon are available for back up on-call. Your main responsibility will be working with patients who have minor ailments.
