Hospital Description:
Affinity Medical Center was formed in February 2006 from two facilities, the Doctors Campus (formerly Doctors Hospital of Stark County) and the Massillon Campus (formerly Massillon Community Hospital). These two facilities have more than 140 years of providing healthcare needs for western Stark County. The Massillon Campus was established in 1910 and is a 128-bed facility. The full-service Emergency Department sees more than 24,000 patients annually.

Location Description:
Massillon, a community of more than 31,000 residents, is located less than 30 miles south of Akron. There is an abundance of activities for every member of the family. Spend your time on the Tuscarawas River, going down the indoor waterslides at the Massillon Recreation Center, touring the nearby Amish country, or at one of the 35 area parks that cover more than 800 acres. In the fall be sure to catch a Massillon Tigers football game at Paul Brown Tiger Stadium. Massillon is a great place to call home!

Qualifications:
Candidates should be board-certified in Emergency Medicine or a Primary Care specialty with Emergency Medicine experience.
