Seeking ED Medical Director for Osteopathic Teaching facility in Dayton, OH. Medical Director will provide leadership, planning, organization, staffing, coordination and evaluation for the ED activities. They will directly supervise emergency physicians in clinical and assigned administrative duties. Director candidates should be a career Emergency Physician with proven clinical and administrative skills sufficient to command respect of Hospital Administration and Medical Staff.

Grandview Hospital sees approximately 27,000 patients per year. Physicians work twelve hour shifts from 7am-7pm and 7pm- 7am. Additional assistance provided by EM, FP and IM residents. Currently in the process of adding 8 hours of physician double coverage. Nurse Practitioners cover the Fast Track from 11a-9p daily. Grandview's sister hospital, Southview sees 16,000 patients per year.

Both Grandview iand Southview are a part of the Kettering Health Network and are Dayton's only osteopathic hospitals. These two facilities create the largest base of primary care physicians in the region and provide comprehensive medical services, including emergency care.
