Hospital Description:
The Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital is a 118-bed facility affiliated with BJC Health System. The newly renovated Emergency Department has a total of 25 private beds, with ten beds in a separate fast track area. The majority of patients seen are medicine-related. The hospital has pediatric physician coverage 24 hours daily; therefore, the ED physicians do not see these patients. The St. Charles Journal published its annual "Best of St. Charles County" and for the third year in a row, readers have ranked Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital #1.

Qualifications:
All candidates must be residency-trained, board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine.
