- Need to have ATLS, ACLS, and PALS (can be flexible on PALS)
- Prefer Emergency Medicine Physicians that are boarded but will take Primary Care with two years of EM room experience
- 90% satisfaction rating among physicians and 99% satisfaction rating among patients
