My client located in the upper peninsula of Michigan is looking for a physician for a low volume ER opportunity. This is a nondesignated trauma center that sees approximately 2,000 patients annually. You will see approximately 1 patient per hour and working 24 hour shifts. The EM patients are 50% adult, 45% geriatrics and 5% pediatrics. You will be the only physician working in the ER during your scheduled shift. For all major traumas, patients are stabilized and transported out.
