Our client located in northwestern Pennsylvania is looking for a physician who is BC in Emergency Medicine or Board Certified in Primary Care with Emergency Medicine experience. Candidates must have ACLS and ATLS. Annual volume is 22,000 and this is a level III trauma center. There are 14 beds with a doctor and PA working together to see the patients. Shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a. You can expect to see 2 to 3 patients per hour. Presently, there are 6 ED physicians in the group and 2 PA's. This is a modern, up to date facility that was renovated in the past year.
