20 Miles North of Boston - $300k+ potential 16 Shifts per Month North of Boston: located 20 minutes from downtown Boston seeking a full time ED Physician. These 140 bed and 280 bed acute care community hospitals are recruiting full time a full time ED Physician for their established and growing program of 23 physicians. Will cover both Hospitals with a 60/40 percentage split. Larger Hospital has a volume of 50k while the smaller hospital has a volume of 30k. Total of 16 shifts per month 8 hours for day shits and 10 hours for overnights. There are 2 overnight shifts per month. Double to triple MD coverage during the days with singe coverage overnight. Larger hospital has a fast track run by PAs from 12pm-8pm daily. Compensation is an RVU bases system with 6 month to 1 year compensation guarantee. Average comp is $250k+ with top earners making well and above $300k pr/yr. Full benefits including all malpractices with Tail, health, dental disability insurances and matching 403 (b).
