Our Medical Center in Pittsburg, Kansas has an exceptional opportunity for a Board Certified or newly Board Eligible Emergency Medicine physician. This single physician coverage Emergency Department was part of a recently completed $16.5 million expansion. Offering 4 trauma rooms and 10 regular patient rooms, approximately 17,000 patients are seen annually for mostly medical vists and some blunt trauma. Level II Trauma Center is 20 minute helicopter ride away. This opportunity is an employed position and offers competitive salary and 12, 12 hour shifts monthly.
