Indiana Emergency

Locum Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care physician w/ ER experience to perform ER work in the state of Indiana starting December 2009. You'll be working in a 76 bed critical access center accredited by the Joint Commission. Coverage needs are ongoing throughout 2010.You'll be responsible for seeing about 20 patients per 24 hour shift. Both 12 hour and 24 hour shifts are available. 12 hour shifts run from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. or 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. 24 hours shifts run from 8 a.m. to 8 a.m. or 8 p.m. to 8 p.m. The ED has an annual volume of 8,100 patients and you'll be covering the 5 bed ED single coverage when scheduled with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants.
