A facility located in Georgia is seeking locum tenens Emergency Medicine coverage. Ideal candidates will be Board Certified or Board Prepared in Emergency Medicine or Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine with experience in a comparable ED. This is a Level II trauma center with an annual volume of 25,000. Approximately 30 patients per shift can be expected, including high acuity cases. There is midlevel provider coverage noon-midnight daily. Shifts are 12 hours and full specialty back-up is available.
