Traditional practice---ER, clinic and rounding on the floor. Seeking two Internists and two Family Medicine physicians. Base salary $140-150k. Production bonus (with effort, double base salary). Moving Stipend. Health benefits, 401k, CME (Five days per year), Vacation days per year twenty-three. Three shifts in clinic each week and two shifts in the ER each week.
Must become very involved in local community (market practice). Round on patients during weekdays---1 in 3 on the weekends. They pay malpractice insurance.
Hospital is a privately owned facility that has incredible growth potential within Central Florida. We are currently licensed for (40) forty beds and usually have a census of between 15 20 inpatients.
