A facility located in Alaska is looking for several months of full-time Emergency Room coverage starting in late July. For this opportunity all candidates need to be ER Residency trained and either Board Certified or Prepared. The schedule you can expect would include 12 hour shifts with the necessary time off in-between. This is a Stabilize and Transfer facility that sees over 30,000 patients per year with helicopter access for necessary transfers. The Emergency Department is newly renovated with private rooms. The support staff includes ER trained Physician Assistants and full specialty back-up including digital radiology. There is no Fast Track in the department so all patients will be seen by the ER staff. All travel and malpractice will be covered in this opportunity along with a competitive rate.
