Our client located in northeast Ohio is seeking a Critical Care/Pulmonologist that is either double board eligible or certified. This opportunity is to join a solo CC/PULM out of his office. The hospital that is assisting with the recruitment has a 17 bed open ICU and a 30 bed step down unit. There is also a nurse practitioner on staff with the physician but they are absolutely overwhelmed. Admissions are done at only one hospital right now however my client is building a new hospital that will be completed in 2009. Compensation will include an income guarantee for two years with a three year forgiveness period. Full benefits including malpractice and partnership with the physician will also be offered. Ideal candidates can expect to see 10 patients when rounding, do 3-4 procedures per week and when on call be available for consultation.
