Stable, growing Critical Care group:
* $250,000 to $275,000 Salary based on training and experience * 14 or 15 shifts a month * * If a candidate wants to do Outpatient Pulmonary, they can do so on their off days * The group is planning to set up shifts in 7 day blocks, but there is flexibility * Full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k and malpractice * The Partnership track is 1 to 2 years based on training and experience * The potential as a partner/shareholder is $400k+ * The group is open to an Intensivist or Pulmonologist
