Non-Invasive Cardiologist - Enid, OK

St. Marys Hospital in Enid, Oklahoma is assisting an established solo Cardiologist recruit a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to help manage a busy practice. Candidates have the option of joining the practice or starting a solo practice and share overhead expenses. There are two physicians in the call group, and ER call is 1:5 (there are four Cardiologists in the community). Coverage is provided at two area hospitals. Compensation includes a competitive income guarantee plus signing bonus, benefits and partnership potential.

St. Marys Hospital is a 245-bed facility and is one of two hospitals in Enid. It serves a ten county service area with a population of approximately 200,000. Most specialties are currently represented on the medical staff. Enid is located in northwestern Oklahoma about 80 miles north of Oklahoma City and 120 miles from Tulsa. The community has a population of around 55,000 and has four seasons. The average annual snowfall is around 8.2 inches and the average January temperature is 38.5 degrees. There are public and private schools in the city, plus a vocational school and two institutes of higher learning. Most religions are represented in the city. There are several golf courses, numbers lakes within an hours drive. The cultural activities include the Enid-Phillips Symphony Orchestra, Gaslight Theatre, and several museums.
