Experience with diagnostic invasive caths, pacemakers, echocardiography, stress testing, holters, TEEs, etc. is necessary. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible if less than 5 years out of training. See an average of 25-30 patients a day in clinic, plus stress test patients. 4 day work week. Clinic has a full service lab with a progressive digital radiology department including general x-ray, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, CT, bone densitometry, and MRI. Cardiology department includes a stress lab, pacemaker clinic, anticoagulation clinic, PAD lab, and holter monitoring. Clinic is located on the Hospital campus which has105-beds with state of the art equipment.
Hospital is constructing a technologically advanced cardiovascular facility capable of angioplasty and stenting. Cardiologists receive above average compensation, 2-year salary guarantee plus productivity incentives, shareholder track, and a generous benefits package. Partnership opportunity available to qualified physician in 12-24 months.
Service area of 100K+ Northeast Missouri residents. Call will be 1:4 with cardiologists taking call on there own patients during the week. ER unassigned patients will follow similar 1:4 rotation.
