A Regional Medical Center in Toombs County is looking for a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist-Job #15661 or an Invasive Non-Interventional Cardiologist-Job #15662 to join the communitys cardiovascular team due to growth in the community. Small rural setting in southeast Georgia with a large demographic population is a mecca of peripheral vascular and coronary artery disease. Their cardiology program is equipped with the latest in diagnostic and non-invasive equipment with procedures to include Seimen's Angiostar Cardiac/DSA digital C-arm, a dedicated nuclear Seimen's C-cam, a Toshiba 64 slice CTA, electrocardiograms (EKG), exercise and drug stress testing, and 24-hour heart monitoring. The Medical Center has a state-of-the-art cath lab and is a 122-bed JCAHO accredited facility providing acute and long-term care. The Medical Center was recognized in 2005 & 2006 by Solucient as a Top 100 Hospital. Interventions are performed at St Josephs Hospital or Memorial Health Hospital in Savannah, GA.
Outstanding two year income guarantee provided by the hospital or you could be employed by the hospital. Physician will have endless resources from the hospital to set up a solo practice.
