Large, well established, and prestigious cardiovascular group looking to add an Invasive Non-Interventional Cardiologist-Job #16478 with nuclear and echo reading ability due to growth in the practice. Centered in Birmingham this group provides care at 9 office locations. Their physicians use the latest technology with their diagnostic services that include use of PET/CT for cardiac stress testing, advanced nuclear, ultrasound imaging, and outpatient cardiac catheterization in the private setting of their own outpatient cath lab. Their cardiologists are at the forefront of new treatment options with angioplasty and stents including the carotid vessels. Physician must be board certified &/or board eligible with the intention of attaining board certification in their specialty within a reasonable amount of time. Competitive salary commensurate with training, experience, and board certification. Shareholder track available. Employed and shareholder track physicians get a base plus a bonus. Benefit package includes health, dental, life, and disability insurances; vacation; and 401K retirement with match. Call coverage is 1:5.
