Enterprise Medical Service: Interventional Cardiologist needed in Memphis, TN
Premier Health System is seeking an additional BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist-Job #19256 to join two Interventional Cardiologists in Memphis due to growth in the practice.
Incoming physician would mainly see patients at their 100 bed Hospital in order to build the practice. These hospitals continue their commitment to their strong and active cardiac care programs and were Memphis' very first Chest Pain Emergency Center where their heart team is dedicated solely to intervention and treatment of heart emergencies.
These state of the art hospitals provide comprehensive cardiac programs that include emergency care, cath labs, noninvasive cardiac diagnostic services, angioplasty procedures, open heart surgery, interventional laboratory procedures, and cardiac rehabilitation. They have two office locations with EMR in both offices and a Family Practitioner that covers the treadmills in the office when the Cardiologists are out.
New Interventionalist could set up the practice anyway they wanted to with half day clinic seeing 15 patients or full days seeing 30 patients. Their inpatient load is generally 15 patients a day. Both offices have Nuclear and Echocardiography in the office. An Interventional Cardiologist with peripheral skills who could do carotid stenting and lower extremities would be a plus. Interventionalist with EP skills would also be a plus.
Competitive income guarantee the first year commensurate with training, experience, board certification, and MGMA ranges. Full benefit package is offered to include malpractice, health, and disability insurances; retirement plan, and relocation expense.
