Desert Springs Hospital is assisting a busy solo Cardiologist recruit an addition to his new solo practice. The practice opened in January 2008 and has already grown to capacity. The staff includes an RN, CVT, and the front desk. The practice is lead by a highly respected and established physician with ten years of service to the community. The practice also enjoys a low overhead with a high income potential
The group averages about 15 patients per day in office and about 15 - 25 patients in hospital per physician. There is one main office and two satellite offices; call is shared equally, with three hospitals covered.
Compensation includes a salary, benefits, bonus plan and partnership track. A signing bonus is also possible.
