Hospital System in Hernando County, Florida is looking for a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist-Job #18265 interested in an opportunity to be on the ground floor of their interventional cardiology program which started in October 2008 and to take over for a retiring Cardiologist. Peripheral skills would be a plus. Hospital System has two campus locations and are full-service, acute care, fully accredited facilities. Their 120-bed facility was rebuilt and opened in its new location in 2005. Clinical and diagnostic services include full, invasive and non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing services, diagnostic imaging department, nutritional counseling, heart center, pediatric services, pharmaceutical services, rehabilitation services including cardiac, physical, occupational and speech therapy, plus respiratory care services. There are 60 private rooms for inpatient and outpatient medical, surgical, and critical care services including 20-bay ER and 12-bed ICU. Sophisticated diagnostic imaging department with CAD. This opportunity includes a first-year competitive income guarantee commensurate with training, experience, and board certification.
