Enterprise Medical Service: Anes/Pain Management Need in North Central PA
25 bed critical access hospital currently has one general Anesthesiologist, and 3 CRNAs. They seek a second physician for a work schedule consisting of 2 weeks on and 1 week off. During the week that both physicians are on, the new provider will run the pain management practice. The alternate week will involve general Anesthesia coverage, including supervising the CRNAs, 1st call for 1 weeks of the 2 week rotation. Call backs are primarily for epidural placement for OB. Hospital has 3 OR suites, an endoscopy suite, and minor procedure room. Practice also has an Anesthesia Physician Assistant for pre-operative assessments. Hospital will offer a competitive starting salary, and comprehensive benefits package, including occurrence malpractice. Facility has approximately 45 active staff members including primary care and well rounded specialist presence.
