Pain Management specialist with Anesthesia residency training needed to join 1 pain physician in well established Multi-specialty group in the Daytona Beach, FL, area, due to patient demand. Anesthesia cases to include mostly Ophthalmology surgery performed in 3 hospitals within 10 miles of each other for 1 day per week. The remaining 4 days will be working 100% pain management in hospital owned pain clinic on main campus. First year base salary of $375-425K, depending upon experience, along with production bonuses, full benefits including malpractice, health ins. Covers family, life ins, LT/ST disability, pension plan, 32 PTO days, 2 days for CME w/$2K expenses, $3K relocation expenses, licensing, fees and dues. Must be BC/BE with practice experience preferred. Must have active Florida license. Client is actively interviewing and ready to hire qualified Pain Mgmt w/Anesthesia candidate for 2009 start date. No visa issues please.
