RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE but NOT LIMITED TO:
Direct patient care Providing addiction treatment to adult male, female & juvenile patients including; Residents & Outpatients. Take 24/7 call; Complete detailed paperwork daily to stay in compliance with JCAHO. Primary work hours will be utilized to complete and review charts and documentation as well as patient interaction utilizing evidence based medicine.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Illinois Physician License plus DEA; Addiction Specialty or ASAM certification desired but not required; Correctional Experience a plus but not required; Must be able to pass a background check; Reliable Transportation - as travel one day a week is required; Ability to work in secure environment
