      • 3/11 - 3/13, 3/20 - 3/22
      • 4/2 - 4/5, 4/7 - 4/12, 4/16 - 4/24
      • 5/6 - 5/16, 5/20 - 5/25
      • 6/18 - 6/24
      • 7/15 - 7/22
      • 8/19 - 8/29
      • 9/16 - 9/19
      • 10/14 - 10/18, 10/22 - 10/24, 10/28 - 10/31
      • 11/4 - 11/8, 11/12 - 11/14
      • 12/2 - 12/4, 12/17 - 12/19
    • On-Call 24 Hours
    • Provide all inpatient Urology consults, patient rounding, and procedures as needed
    • Responsible for after hour call
    • 6 Providers Requested
    • Will prioritize providers who are locum to perm
    • Phone Consults: 10-20
    • Call Patients Seen: 20+
    • Admissions Required
    • Assigned/Unassigned Patients
    • Within 30-minute response time required
    • 6 Beds in Office
    • Board Certified/Board Eligible
    • Fellowship Required
    • EMR: Cerner
