Location: On the East Coast - only 30 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale and 1 hr. to Miami.
Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Position: Join an established program. Ideal candidate will have 7 to 15 years experience and be able to demonstrate surgical volumes for lungs, CABG, Valves, and TAVR. Minimally invasive procedure experience required. Some robotic experience is preferred. Existing program consists of 2 dedicated ORs, established OR team, dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia, perfusionists, Valve Coordinator, Certified Physician Assistants with endovascular vein harvesting experience. Candidate will possess qualities necessary to lead the program and mentor less experienced associates. Compensation is commensurate with experience and will include components associated with meeting quality standards.
Breast Surgery Position: Looking for an experienced Breast Surgeon to join an established program. Candidate should be Board Certified, Fellowship trained in Breast Surgery and Licensed in FL. Ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of experience and be able to demonstrate surgical volumes for Breast Surgery. Experience leading a breast center, coordinating care with radiology and oncology, tumor board required. Position is closely affiliated with a women's health center that provides diagnostic services and patient navigation. Care team includes an experienced ARNP to assist with follow up care and providing breast exams to unassigned patients of the women's health center. Open position created by relocation of the previous surgeon out of the area.
Requirements: Must be all US trained, Board Certified, have a current or pending FL License, have a current & unrestricted DEA, Clean Databank and No current significant malpractice history.
