Radiologist - (Radiology) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: - Not Available -

Our client in New Jersey is looking for locum's coverage for 3-4 days per week (flexible) starting in October for a minimum of 3 months and possibly extending. The preferred candidate will have breast fellowship training and excellent general body imaging skills. The ideal candidate must be adept in all aspects of breast interventional procedures including ultrasound guided biopsies, stereotactic guided biopsies, and image guided needle localizations.

Radiology(locum tenens) is a medical specialty that diagnoses and treats internal diseases (such as tumors) with the use of imaging technologies including X-ray radiography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. The role of the radiologist includes developing images and interpreting the data. Interventional radiologists utilize these imaging techniques to perform medical procedures, typically minimally invasive.
