Job Description

A healthcare system in New Orleans, Louisiana is seeking full-time and on-going locums tenens Radiology coverage.

Schedule:

  • April 1 - end of the year
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7 am - 4 pm
  • 2 - 4 weeks per month
  • No call
  • No weekends

 

 

Cases / Procedures:

  • 10% IR
  • 90% Diagnostic
  • Be able to read general diagnostic
  • Screenings
  • Biopsies
  • NeedleLoc
  • Diagnostic breast
  • Additional breast procedures
  • Stroke-XR
  • CT guided drains / aspirations
  • U/s guided drains/aspirations
  • CT
  • MRI
  • US
  • Xray
  • 65 RVUs/day

 

Requirements / Other:

  • Board Certified
  • Board Certified within 5 years
  • Open to IMLC
  • Can grant emergency privileges in order to start April 1
  • Must do procedures, only MD on-sit
