- Hospital Based Program
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
- Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
- Average Number of Rad Onc Treatments per day: 18
- Patient Population: Adults
- EMR: Aria
- Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, SBRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy-SBRT
- Required Duties: Orders Tests, Prescribes, Orders Images
- Board Certified - Required
- Active NY license - Required (Will accept providers needing to obtain license)
- Provider within driving distance - Highly preferred
- BLS, ACLS - Required
- Covid-19 Vaccinated - Required
- Must be able to cover all listed shifts-Required
