CompHealth Inc

Honolulu, Hawaii

Full Time

CPH# 219412

When one thinks quality-of-life, Hawaii sets the standards by which all such standards need to be set. Honolulu is among the cities ranked highest on Monocle Magazine's 'world livability' index. Honolulu was also just ranked as the 2nd safest city in the United States.

The state's largest and most experienced multispecialty group includes more than 600 providers dedicated to delivering the highest quality care while building lifetime relationships with peers and patients within Hawaii's richly diverse communities. The facility is looking for an adult psychiatrist to join their team.

The psychiatrist does not need to be fellowed in addictions but needs to have experience with addiction populations, preferably 3 to 5 years. You should be Suboxone certified because addictions is where your emphasis will be.

If interested, you will need to be board certified or board eligible with 3 years of your training. The ideal candidate should fit Hawaiian culture, someone laid back who wants to make a difference. If you were born and raised in Hawaii, went to school there, or are Hawaii licensed, your candidacy will catch their attention.

You'll work 100% outpatient, Monday through Friday, and call will be light, phone back-up mostly.

You'll earn a nicely competitive salary, comprehensive medical and dental insurance, significant vacation time and paid holidays, and a sign-on bonus. You'll receive relocation expenses up to $15,000 with receipts from the mainland, and a pension with profit sharing.

At CompHealth, we're experts at matching you with your ideal job. We work with thousands of respected health care facilities nationwide to find the best jobs and locations. Every step of the way, you'll be supported by specialty teams comprised of tenured professionals.
