Our client is a large multispecialty HealthCare System on the border of MN and ND. There is a need for another fulltime Physiatrist to join the department. This is a wonderful opportunity for BC/BE Physiatrist to join this busy, well established practice.
The organization is a not-for-profit, multispecialty integrated health system with more than 200 physicians in 44 specialties serving a primary care population of over 225,000.
The University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Surgical Residency Program offer teaching opportunities to physicians.
The Health System is looking to find a replacement for a departing physician. If you have subspecialty fellowship that is fine or a special interest in neurodiagnostics or a special product line, all the better. They will look at all options when it comes to filling the need.
There currently are three (3) Rehab/PM&R physicians on staff. One will be leaving this year. You can step right into a fast paced busy practice providing IP and OP services to the community.
The new 21 bed PM&R/ CARF accredited Inpatient unit is located off campus. It provides a wide array of post trauma, neuropathy, chronic pain, post- ortho and programs to get your patients back to their pre-trauma and/or surgical peak performance. Facility provides Physical Therapy, Occupational therapy as well as Speech therapy Services. Services also include sports medicine rehab and conditioning.
The System provides competitive compensation, reviewed annually with specialty specific industry data. They also offer an extensive and comprehensive benefit package including but not limited to:
- Compensation will be based on MGMA date, currently at $265,000
- Additional compensation based on a RVU production incentive
- Potential for a multi-year contract.
- Life Insurance
- Disability Insurance
- Retirement Plans:
- Pension Plan, Profit Sharing Plan, 401(K) and 403(B)
- Continuing Education & Professional Expenses

- Vacation and CME time off
This is a great opportunity for a recent grad or the experienced veteran looking for a change in venue.
The Health System is highly regarded in the region. There is great potential within the system to make a very nice life in a friendly, physician friendly community. The close proximity to the lakes, rivers and forest of Northwest Minnesota offer you unlimited recreational opportunities year round.
