- Compensation: Competitive salary negotiable depending on experience and productivity bonuses!
- Benefits: The provider compensation package includes a base salary, premium for each year of experience up to a maximum of 10 years, and RVU-based performance incentive plan. Per diem rate is paid in those cases where hospital call is required. Benefits include an employer-sponsored insurance plan, paid vacation and sick leave, CME leave and expense allowance, reimbursement of licensure fees, and a 403b retirement plan.
