Pediatric Hospitalist Needed in Alabama

Our Alabama Hospital is seeking an experienced Hospitalist for ongoing shift coverage.

Schedule:

• M-F, 24 hour inpatient call
• Looking for an additional provider to provide Weekend call as well, 24 hour
• 20 - 30 shifts per month available

Practice Setting:

• community-based, not-for-profit hospital 
• Covering inpatient call only. Prefer one for weekdays and one for weekends
• start in May or June.

Cases and Procedures:

• Circumcisions
• Volume of 20-25 per month
• EMR Meditech Expanse
• Anything invasive is sent to Children's Hospital, no trauma
• Will not be in the NICU
• BC or BE working on getting BC is acceptable
• ACLS, PALS required
