• 2/days per week in the outpatient surgery center and 3 days per week in the clinic setting
• 100% Adult
• Average patients per day 12-15
• Procedures: All epidurals, facet injections, ablations and other procedures performed at the surgery center
• Full-time MA assigned to locum physician
• EMR: EPIC

Required:

• CA License; active and unrestricted
• Board Certified/Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
• ACLS

Travel Expenses and Malpractice Insurance are provided.
