I am recruiting for an OBGYN to join a hospital employed practice located in North East New Jersey. The hospital employees 2 office based OBGYN’s and 3 OBGYN Hospitalists. You would be joining the existing office practice location adjacent to the hospital.
The Labor/Delivery and Post-Partum floor is in its last phase of a complete renovation, allowing for the majority of patients to enjoy private rooms. In 2018, the hospital will have completed a new medical office building on campus, allowing all OBGYN’S an opportunity to practice under one roof.
They have a DaVinci Robot available for use. Teaching opportunities are optional for OBGYN physicians. This would be for Family Medicine residents (this is not mandatory, only listed since some physicians like to teach).
The salary is $250k-$275k, Rvu bonus structure, basic benefits package, Malpractice is Claims Made and with the tail provided by hospital system.
Some community facts:
• Theaters, museums, sporting events all minutes away
• Diverse town center with an eclectic mix of restaurants and boutique shops
• Centrally located, twenty minutes to New York City by train.
• Premier school district with a choice between Public, Private and Charter School Education
• Excellent fresh water and salt water fishing, skiing, hiking, biking and hunting all nearby
At the Hospital, world-class physicians treat a wide range of medical conditions using state-of-the-art technology. Patients have immediate access to innovative and effective treatment alternatives at specialized centers within the hospital that focus on imaging, women's health, cancer care, surgery, obesity, stroke and chronic kidney disease.
The 365-bed community hospital delivers personalized care while also serving as a learning center via its nursing school and residency programs in family medicine, internal medicine and dentistry. The Hospital is designated as a Primary Stroke Center by the NJ State Department of Health and Senior Services and is one of only a few community hospitals licensed by the State to perform emergency angioplasty.
If you have a spouse or significant other who works in The City, a good number of people within the community make the commute via bus or rail to NY City on a daily basis.
This is an opportunity to join a busy hospital employed OBGYN practice located in a very very nice area of Northeast New Jersey.
