#OBG005 - OBGYN Chief of Services- Western MA Busy and Thriving Practice 
Our client, a Massachusetts General Hospital affiliated multispecialty group providing care to the Pioneer Valley for more than 50 years, has an immediate need for a Chief of OB/GYN Services. The department consists of 6 other Ob/Gyn physicians, and 6 CNM's in a busy and thriving practice with approximately 700 deliveries per year. The MGH affiliation offers the support and clinical expertise of renowned Boston specialists through a strong telehealth program.  Practice in a setting that provides a very rewarding experience, both personally and professionally. The practice has a fully integrated EMR and in-office ultrasound. Competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered.

OBGYN CHIEF OF SERVICES REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Board Certified Ob/Gyn Physician
  • MD or DO Licensed
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have at least 5 years of OB/GYN practice experience
  • Must have two years progressive leadership or management experience
  • Must have experience leading multidisciplinary teams to improve patient safety and process efficiency.
