Neurosurgeon - (Neurosurgery) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Weekends

Neurosurgeon needed for weekends call coverage throughout the year, Friday through Monday AM typically. Prefer Wisconsin licensed candidate, but may license someone for holidays at the end of the year.

A neurosurgeon (locum tenens) specializes in treating nervous system-related diseases through surgical procedures. They may perform operations to treat conditions such as neck and head injuries, brain tumors, and even back problems. While many neurosurgeons practice general neurosurgery, there are a wide range of specializations as well, including vascular/endovascular, peripheral nerve, and skull base subspecialties. Neurosurgery is an extremely research-oriented field, with many neurosurgeons devoting their lives to refining the procedures that are used to treat nervous system-related conditions.
