• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends
• ACLS and BLS required
• 20 - 30 patients per day between 3 facilities
• Inpatient & outpatient adult nephrology, hemodialysis, CRRT, peritoneal dialysis
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
