Job Description

This opportunity is with a 4 physician practice with two of the physicians nearing retirement and the practice  is doing succession planning. One hour from Nashville in a family-oriented practice. 2 hospitals in town average 35-50 inpatients between both. Medical director of four units with over 200 hemodialysis patients. Two NP work every other weekend to help with call, dialysis rounding and inpatient. 1:4 weekend and weekday call. Usually out of office by 5:30 or 6:00. Competitive salary plus malpractice, family health-partnership. Bonus based on production as a partner, 4 weeks' vacation and CME. Retirement plan in year 2. Teaching opportunity.  J1 candidates can apply.
