Job Description

We have an opportunity at a 5-person group looking for a 6th. The practice works out of three offices and 8 units and one Hospital where hospitalists admit. Practice has approximately 350 dialysis patients and sees the bulk of them 4x a month with the help of 2 nurse practitioners. They are medical directors of two of the units. The practice is a hospital centric model with everything within 10 miles of that.

Each week the physician will spends:

· 2- ½ days in the office seeing patients

· 1 day a week seeing dialysis patients

· 1/2 day at Satellite office

· The remainder of the time they will be at the hospital
