This West Coast Medical Group in Florida seeks a Board Certified Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician. The hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. There will be Outpatient phone call and inpatient call is optional and will be 1 to 3 nights per month. And, the practice does have EMR.
You will be an employee for 2 years with ownership available there after. Your first 2 years you will have a base salary for outpatient only. Base salary will be increased if you decide to do evening inpatient call. You will have the potential to earn additional compensation based on productivity bonus. You will also be able to participate in the group’s 401(k) plan with the group contributing 3% of employee’s salary.
In regards to malpractice, a Claims Made Policy is provided by the practice with the physician being responsible for their own tail should they leave the group.
You will have 3 weeks of vacation and 1 week for CME with $2,500 given for CME.
