- Compensation: On January 1, 2015 Unity instituted a new multi-faceted compensation package, which includes a base salary plus opportunities for additional compensation

NHSC LR: $50k for initial 2 years and 35k thereafter yearly. DC LR: Based on % of total eligible debt. Max is $140k over 4 years. Providers must be Board Certified within one year of hire.
