Hospital in eastern central Illinois seeks a board-certified Infectious Disease physician. This is a varied schedule that will include clinic time, hospital rounding, and call. IL license is required. Call Staff Care today for more information.

Infectious disease physicians (locum tenens) specialize in the diagnosis of a wide range of diseases through the use of medical technology such as blood and tissue sampling and diagnostic imaging tests. Infectious disease physicians treat conditions ranging from pediatric illnesses to working with patients suffering from HIV/AIDS. These physicians generally complete residencies in internal medicine before specializing in infectious disease care.
